The Synod of the Mid-Atlantic offers grants and designated funds to support leadership development, congregational vitality, innovative ministry, and mission across our region. Each month, we highlight one fund to help churches and leaders better understand—and access—these resources.

Sherman and Lucille Tilney Euler Seminary Scholarship Fund (423)
Established by Mrs. Euler’s will, the fund is to be used to provide scholarship assistance to full-time students to prepare for the ministry (Masters of Divinity and/or Christian Education) at official accredited seminaries of the Presbyterian Church (USA). Applications, which are available on the Synod’s website or by calling the Synod Office, are due February 1st each year. Approximately $40,000 of scholarships are awarded each year. Scholarships are renewable annually based on academic achievement and financial need.
